Narrative:
We were #2 for takeoff and on tower frequency, when tower informed us of a runway change. New taxi instructions were given to the new runway and we were instructed to hold short of a taxiway. Before arriving at the hold short taxiway, tower assigned a new departure clearance. While taxiing, the first officer (myself) was reviewing and reading aloud the breezy climb departure on the jfk 7 SID, while the captain continued to taxi and failed to hold short of the assigned hold short taxiway. After tower informed us we had passed the assigned hold short taxiway, he then told us to continue to the runway. No conflict with other aircraft was apparent. I believe the short distance of taxi to the new runway, along with the new departure procedure caused a distraction by the crew, whereby failing to hold short of the taxiway. The new departure instructions were given just 2 mins prior to our expected position and hold call. This delay for information caused the crew to become preoccupied with the breezy climb departure versus the taxi instructions.

Title: BA32 FLC RECEIVE CHANGE IN DEP RWY AND ARE ISSUED NEW TAXI INSTRUCTIONS. TWR ISSUES NEW DEP CLRNC. FLC IS INVOLVED WITH MULTIPLE TASKS AND MISSES HOLD SHORT LINE AND TAXIES ONTO RWY.
Narrative: WE WERE #2 FOR TKOF AND ON TWR FREQ, WHEN TWR INFORMED US OF A RWY CHANGE. NEW TAXI INSTRUCTIONS WERE GIVEN TO THE NEW RWY AND WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO HOLD SHORT OF A TXWY. BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE HOLD SHORT TXWY, TWR ASSIGNED A NEW DEP CLRNC. WHILE TAXIING, THE FO (MYSELF) WAS REVIEWING AND READING ALOUD THE BREEZY CLB DEP ON THE JFK 7 SID, WHILE THE CAPT CONTINUED TO TAXI AND FAILED TO HOLD SHORT OF THE ASSIGNED HOLD SHORT TXWY. AFTER TWR INFORMED US WE HAD PASSED THE ASSIGNED HOLD SHORT TXWY, HE THEN TOLD US TO CONTINUE TO THE RWY. NO CONFLICT WITH OTHER ACFT WAS APPARENT. I BELIEVE THE SHORT DISTANCE OF TAXI TO THE NEW RWY, ALONG WITH THE NEW DEP PROC CAUSED A DISTR BY THE CREW, WHEREBY FAILING TO HOLD SHORT OF THE TXWY. THE NEW DEP INSTRUCTIONS WERE GIVEN JUST 2 MINS PRIOR TO OUR EXPECTED POS AND HOLD CALL. THIS DELAY FOR INFO CAUSED THE CREW TO BECOME PREOCCUPIED WITH THE BREEZY CLB DEP VERSUS THE TAXI INSTRUCTIONS.
