Narrative:

Passenger asked flight attendant #5 (who was in coach galley with me, flight attendant #3) for some wine. Flight attendant #5 told her we didn't have any left. Passenger looked confused. Flight attendant #5 asked her 'how old are you?' passenger said something in spanish and pointed to her butt. Flight attendant #5 said something to passenger in spanish. Passenger spoke again in spanish and pointed to her butt. Flight attendant #5 said something to passenger in spanish. Passenger said 'fuck you' and started to walk away. Flight attendant #5 said 'excuse me.' passenger turned around and hit her in the face with her palm. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter was a witness to the event. Passenger onboard the aircraft reported the assaulting passenger to be drinking in the lobby before the flight. The passenger's behavior onboard prior to the assault was erratic, refusing to remain in her seat. Passenger was traveling alone and appeared to be about 17 yrs of age. The passenger asked for alcohol onboard, and when the cabin attendant asked her age, she responded with expletives. When the cabin attendant refused the passenger the alcohol, the passenger assaulted her. The captain requested the flight be met by auths and the passenger was taken to customs for questioning and an fbi investigation followed. The cabin attendant that was assaulted was removed from flight status due to the injury onboard.

Narrative: PAX ASKED FLT ATTENDANT #5 (WHO WAS IN COACH GALLEY WITH ME, FLT ATTENDANT #3) FOR SOME WINE. FLT ATTENDANT #5 TOLD HER WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY LEFT. PAX LOOKED CONFUSED. FLT ATTENDANT #5 ASKED HER 'HOW OLD ARE YOU?' PAX SAID SOMETHING IN SPANISH AND POINTED TO HER BUTT. FLT ATTENDANT #5 SAID SOMETHING TO PAX IN SPANISH. PAX SPOKE AGAIN IN SPANISH AND POINTED TO HER BUTT. FLT ATTENDANT #5 SAID SOMETHING TO PAX IN SPANISH. PAX SAID 'FUCK YOU' AND STARTED TO WALK AWAY. FLT ATTENDANT #5 SAID 'EXCUSE ME.' WHEN THE CABIN ATTENDANT REFUSED THE PAX THE ALCOHOL, THE PAX ASSAULTED HER. THE CAPT REQUESTED THE FLT BE MET BY AUTHS AND THE PAX WAS TAKEN TO CUSTOMS FOR QUESTIONING AND AN FBI INVESTIGATION FOLLOWED. THE CABIN ATTENDANT THAT WAS ASSAULTED WAS REMOVED FROM FLT STATUS DUE TO THE INJURY ONBOARD.
