Narrative:
Aborted/rejected takeoff due to EICAS message 'right engine ecu fail.' returned to gate for maintenance. Corrective action and standardization policies/techniques were employed and no incident or accident occurred. Chain of events was broken by rejecting takeoff. Human performance was utilized with good judgement and observance of company procedures and standardization.

Narrative: ABORTED/REJECTED TKOF DUE TO EICAS MESSAGE 'R ENG ECU FAIL.' RETURNED TO GATE FOR MAINT. CORRECTIVE ACTION AND STANDARDIZATION POLICIES/TECHNIQUES WERE EMPLOYED AND NO INCIDENT OR ACCIDENT OCCURRED. CHAIN OF EVENTS WAS BROKEN BY REJECTING TKOF.
