Narrative:
Parachute jumping within federal airways operating at altitudes in conflict with departures and en route traffic. No effective procedures are in place to safely handle these sits. Time and time again these incursions happen. The main problem is said airspace is between approach and en route control.

Title: ZNY CTLR STATES PARACHUTE JUMPING IN THE VICINITY OF PTW IS CONFLICTING WITH DEPS AND ENRTE TFC. CTLR CLAIMS THERE ARE NO EFFECTIVE PROCS IN PLACE TO CTL THE JUMPERS.
Narrative: PARACHUTE JUMPING WITHIN FEDERAL AIRWAYS OPERATING AT ALTS IN CONFLICT WITH DEPS AND ENRTE TFC. NO EFFECTIVE PROCS ARE IN PLACE TO SAFELY HANDLE THESE SITS. TIME AND TIME AGAIN THESE INCURSIONS HAPPEN. THE MAIN PROB IS SAID AIRSPACE IS BTWN APCH AND ENRTE CTL.
