Narrative:
Passenger in mid-cabin began having chest pains, difficulty breathing, pain in arm. A doctor volunteered to assess the patient. She was given nitroglycerin and oxygen, and seemed to be better for about 20-30 mins. Then the pains returned and the doctor felt time was of the essence to get patient to an emergency room. We diverted to sioux falls, sd. EMS removed passenger who was able to walk off the plane aft stairs.

Title: DURING CRUISE ONBOARD MD80S, PAX BECAME ILL AND FLC DIVERTED TO ALTERNATE FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE.
Narrative: PAX IN MID-CABIN BEGAN HAVING CHEST PAINS, DIFFICULTY BREATHING, PAIN IN ARM. A DOCTOR VOLUNTEERED TO ASSESS THE PATIENT.
