Narrative:

I was shooting touch and goes. Crosswind 90 degrees at 15 KTS. I had handled worse. As I slowed on rollout I let aircraft begin to weather vane. Got more aggressive on rudders. With slower speed and larger inputs, caught heel brakes and nosed over. Lots of hours, lots of yrs of flying. My first metal bender. Chain: a little tired, ate little that day. Feeling a little cocky and comfortable in my airplane, hadn't used brakes that much in 1 yr of flying my airplane. I am reminded, never relax your vigilance.
