Narrative:

While climbing out of louisville, ky, I noticed the cabin was not pressurizing, packs were on, and outflow valve was closed. Flight attendant reports a noise coming from aft service door. I checked the door lights (again), none illuminated. I notified the captain we couldn't pressurize. The captain sent me back to check noise. It appeared the door seal was not working. We completed the required checklists and the captain elected to proceed to cvg. We were normally planned to cruise at 11000 ft but stayed at 9000 ft for the 15 min flight. Landed at cvg without any abnormals. Wrote up the door seal and forwarded it to maintenance.
