Narrative:
Reporting flight attendant had confrontation with wife, she insisted on having a sprite to drink and it took me 'too long' to find one. Husband attempted to take my picture on the jetbridge apparently because I wouldn't give my name. When I held my hand up he pushed my arm away and chased me with the camera flashing. I knocked several passenger and an agent to get away from him. He knocked me against the wall of the jetbridge. I yelled for help and the flight engineer went after him and detained him until the police arrived. Supplemental information from acn 414034: flight attendant #7 had deplaned to escort unaccompanied children from the aircraft. As she was returning down the jetbridge and was about to reboard, the disgruntled passenger was deplaning. Passenger tried to take her picture (passenger stated it was for evidence). Flight attendant put her hands up to and over her face to shield herself. Passenger tried to pull her hands away from her face so he could take her picture. This was observed by the captain who was using the jetbridge phone at the time. Callback conversation with reporter acn 414034 revealed the following information: reporter stated that the captain took the disruptive passenger out of the jetway and into the boarding area to wait for the auths. This was a borderline assault and there was no further action. The reporter is the purser on the flight and dealt with the flight attendant after the incident. She was not injured, but quite traumatized since she had no advance warning and was shocked at the passenger's behavior. He had sat quietly while his wife did all the complaining during the flight and he was very rough with the flight attendant during the picture-taking episode.
