Narrative:
We had a female passenger in the main cabin complain of chest pains. We paged for medical assistance onboard. We found a doctor and another health care worker that deals with heart recovery. They gave the passenger oxygen and watched her for awhile and decided she was having heart attack 'symptoms.' at that point we decided to land and fsd was the closest city to accommodate us. We landed without problem. Emt's met the plane and took the passenger away.
