Narrative:
After landing our aircraft in st louis we were cleared to cross an active runway, and taxi to our ramp. After turning on to the taxiway a person was seen walking off the taxiway to a street sweeper which was parked to the right of the taxiway. During the taxi the right wing of the aircraft made contact with the top of the sweeper. The top of the sweeper and outboard foot of the aircraft wing were damaged. The sweeper driver was standing in front of the vehicle was slightly injured. Before passing the vehicle I determined that it was clear of our path to the right.
