Narrative:
Center told us we were in radar contact (or so we thought) so we omitted position report. That resulted in us missing a frequency change and position report. Center very upset when we finally contacted them, told us we were not in radar contact. Very embarrassing. Guess his accent (french canadian) made radio communication difficult.
