Narrative:

During climb out of ont on the pom 6 SID, we received a TCASII RA to descend for traffic at our 11 O'clock position above us 300 ft. We responded to the RA and after clearing this traffic, received a second TCASII RA for an aircraft at our 1 O'clock position above us 300 ft to descend. It should be noted that there may have been a third aircraft involved at our 12 O'clock position that gave us a 'descend, crossing descend' RA. It was a very dynamic situation with the TCASII giving us numerous RA's, always to descend. When we received a clear of conflict, we resumed our ATC clearance to 14000 ft. Radar service was supposedly limited at the time this occurred.

Title: MD80 FLC, ON SID DEP CLBOUT, REQUIRED TO TAKE EVASIVE ACTION DUE TO MULTIPLE TCASII RA'S FROM OTHER GA ACFT. EVENTUALLY, MD80 WAS ABLE TO CLB TO INITIAL ASSIGNED DEP ALT.

Narrative: DURING CLB OUT OF ONT ON THE POM 6 SID, WE RECEIVED A TCASII RA TO DSND FOR TFC AT OUR 11 O'CLOCK POS ABOVE US 300 FT. WE RESPONDED TO THE RA AND AFTER CLRING THIS TFC, RECEIVED A SECOND TCASII RA FOR AN ACFT AT OUR 1 O'CLOCK POS ABOVE US 300 FT TO DSND. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THERE MAY HAVE BEEN A THIRD ACFT INVOLVED AT OUR 12 O'CLOCK POS THAT GAVE US A 'DSND, XING DSND' RA. IT WAS A VERY DYNAMIC SIT WITH THE TCASII GIVING US NUMEROUS RA'S, ALWAYS TO DSND. WHEN WE RECEIVED A CLR OF CONFLICT, WE RESUMED OUR ATC CLRNC TO 14000 FT. RADAR SVC WAS SUPPOSEDLY LIMITED AT THE TIME THIS OCCURRED.
