Narrative:

Medical emergency. Passenger unconscious in aisle. Doctor onboard assisted and advised immediate medical (emt) assistance. Best option was to proceed to destination (msp) at maximum airspeed. Requested opposite direction straight-in approach. Maintained approximately 300 KTS until 15 mi final. Emergency terminated at gate. Had minor difficulty getting ATC (center and approach) that we needed opposite direction straight-in approach. As a result they continued normal approachs until such time that we were 1.0 NM outside OM when reception of localizer/GS signal received. Quite dicey with WX minimums what they were.
