Narrative:
I had just rotated and had the landing gear coming up when I noticed a flock of birds flying directly in my climb out flight path ahead. I had to make an immediate left turn at about 100 ft to avoid the birds. The airport that this happened has 2 large ponds by the runway and a larger pond 1/4 mi away that have been made less than 2 yrs ago. This has attracted ducks and canadian geese to stay at or by the airport. 2 days earlier, I had to make a low approach to move a flock of geese off the runway halfway down the runway before I could land. This fall, we will have even more ducks and geese. Recommend that airport state officials work better with local airport operators in developing their airports.
