Narrative:

On the evening of aug/xa/98 at XA45, an 1124 westwind taxied at the pasco tri cities airport to runway 30. Approaching the hold short line, the PF (the first officer) announced no brakes and the PNF notified ground control/tower (he was working both). There was no other traffic either in the air or on the ground. We were cleared across runway 30 and once clear used our thrust reversers to stop, then turned off our antiskid and cycled our parking brake. After this our brakes worked. We carried out several tests and had brakes so we continued our flight. A mechanical check is being performed but has so far found no problem. We have flown this aircraft for 10 yrs and never encountered this situation before.
