Narrative:
Airways facilities in roswell wanted to take row radar down for approximately 2 hours beginning at approximately XA30. This was a friday which tends to be our busiest day, in a time period when there was a better than even chance that we would get busy with military aircraft during this time. When airways facilities was asked why they could not do this at night as other facilities did, their response was, 'we don't work at night.'
