Narrative:
On aug/xx/98 during an FAA predep inspection on aircraft xyz, FAA inspector allegedly found the left nose gear door attach bolt with clearance under the head of the bolt. I performed a general visual check of structure, landing gear doors, and system installation. This was an air carrier MD80.

Title: AN MD SUPER 80, DURING AN FAA SAFETY INSPECTION, WAS FOUND TO HAVE THE L NOSE LNDG GEAR DOOR ATTACH BOLT WITH CLRNC UNDER THE HEAD OF THE BOLT.
