Narrative:
Flight XXX received clearance to mia via the bosa 2 departure abl transition UG447. This is the way we were filed by dispatch. Shortly after takeoff we were switched to departure control who immediately gave us a right turn to 020 degrees and a new and different clearance which neither pilot understood clearly, but which was totally different from the bosa 2 departure. As we were still relatively low and in the mountains, I informed departure control that we were cleared the bosa 2 departure UG447. We then understood the controller to say that we were cleared the guaymaral 3 departure, over zipnb and then A301. This is the routing we use 90% of the time and I believe the controller just naturally expected us to be flying that routing. Since we had been originally cleared the bosa 2 departure, had briefed and were well into the departure with no apparent traffic conflict, we stayed on course while trying to explain to departure control that that was the departure routing for which we had been cleared. After a brief silence we were switched to center and cleared via flight plan route. Later in panama airspace we confirmed with them that they did indeed have our flight plan via UG447. Bogota operations was called prior to leaving their range and they were apprised of the confusion and assured me they would follow up.

Title: EA30. BOG DEP CTLR DID NOT KNOW THE CLRNC THE ACFT WAS FLYING.
Narrative: FLT XXX RECEIVED CLRNC TO MIA VIA THE BOSA 2 DEP ABL TRANSITION UG447. THIS IS THE WAY WE WERE FILED BY DISPATCH. SHORTLY AFTER TKOF WE WERE SWITCHED TO DEP CTL WHO IMMEDIATELY GAVE US A R TURN TO 020 DEGS AND A NEW AND DIFFERENT CLRNC WHICH NEITHER PLT UNDERSTOOD CLRLY, BUT WHICH WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE BOSA 2 DEP. AS WE WERE STILL RELATIVELY LOW AND IN THE MOUNTAINS, I INFORMED DEP CTL THAT WE WERE CLRED THE BOSA 2 DEP UG447. WE THEN UNDERSTOOD THE CTLR TO SAY THAT WE WERE CLRED THE GUAYMARAL 3 DEP, OVER ZIPNB AND THEN A301. THIS IS THE ROUTING WE USE 90% OF THE TIME AND I BELIEVE THE CTLR JUST NATURALLY EXPECTED US TO BE FLYING THAT ROUTING. SINCE WE HAD BEEN ORIGINALLY CLRED THE BOSA 2 DEP, HAD BRIEFED AND WERE WELL INTO THE DEP WITH NO APPARENT TFC CONFLICT, WE STAYED ON COURSE WHILE TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO DEP CTL THAT THAT WAS THE DEP ROUTING FOR WHICH WE HAD BEEN CLRED. AFTER A BRIEF SILENCE WE WERE SWITCHED TO CTR AND CLRED VIA FLT PLAN RTE. LATER IN PANAMA AIRSPACE WE CONFIRMED WITH THEM THAT THEY DID INDEED HAVE OUR FLT PLAN VIA UG447. BOGOTA OPS WAS CALLED PRIOR TO LEAVING THEIR RANGE AND THEY WERE APPRISED OF THE CONFUSION AND ASSURED ME THEY WOULD FOLLOW UP.
