Narrative:
On aug/xa/98 and jul/xb/98, aircraft ARTS tags were jumping off the actual aircraft and being displayed in different quadrants of the radar scopes. This was happening on all radar displays.

Narrative: ON AUG/XA/98 AND JUL/XB/98, ACFT ARTS TAGS WERE JUMPING OFF THE ACTUAL ACFT AND BEING DISPLAYED IN DIFFERENT QUADRANTS OF THE RADAR SCOPES. THIS WAS HAPPENING ON ALL RADAR DISPLAYS.
