Narrative:
Both aircraft were flying within 2 1/2 mi centerline of dall 4 departure. One on the eic transition and one on the eld transition. Their departure radials are so close in proximity that unless the aircraft are established dead center centerline, loss of separation 'will' occur again. The investigation was deemed a non occurrence.
