Narrative:

While returning to bethel, ak, I ran into unforecast WX and flew approximately 45 mins attempting to deviate around and complete my flight. Due to a 'minimum fuel' situation, I continued to my destination and periodically encountered areas of ceilings less than 500 ft and visibility less than 2 mi. I never lost contact with the ground. However, flight visibility and ceiling was poor. The flight was completed without incident.
