Title: AN MD SUPER 80 WAS DISPATCHED WITH #2 ENG LOWER IGNITOR PLUG INSTALLED IMPROPERLY INCURRING DAMAGE TO THE LOWER ENG COWLING.
Narrative: I WAS INFORMED THAT IGNITOR PLUG CAME OUT AFTER INSTALLATION AND MADE A HOLE IN THE #2 ENG LOWER COWL.
