Narrative:

J522 proceeds from hnk VOR to klops intersection and then turns toward yyz VOR. Due to an INS waypoint loading error, we actually proceeded hnk direct yyz. As soon as we realized this -- well prior to yyz -- we asked for and received clearance direct yrl VOR. A more careful review of the route would have prevented this problem.
