Narrative:
Tug pushed us back along with another pushback in close proximity. Tug called for disconnect after pushback and was granted. Heard the disconnect from aircraft. Was distraction momentarily in cockpit, then looked out to see tug pulling away from our direction (it was tug from other pushback). Began to taxi slowly and ran up on tow bar. Stopped aircraft. Mechanic ran out to give stop signal then was able to retrieve tow bar from under nosewheel. No damage to aircraft, but popped both tires on tow bar. Need to not allow distrs inside airplane to keep from ensuring tug/equipment is clear and to confirm release prior to taxi. Contributing factor: unable to see tug from cockpit on this aircraft.

Title: AN ACR WDB BLOWS ITS 2 FRONT TIRES WHEN IT RUNS UP ONTO THE TOW BAR THAT IS STILL ON THE TUG THAT HAD PUSHED THEM BACK. PIC THOUGHT THE DEP TUG WAS HIS BUT IT WAS FROM THE OTHER ACFT NEXT TO HIM.
Narrative: TUG PUSHED US BACK ALONG WITH ANOTHER PUSHBACK IN CLOSE PROX. TUG CALLED FOR DISCONNECT AFTER PUSHBACK AND WAS GRANTED. HEARD THE DISCONNECT FROM ACFT. WAS DISTR MOMENTARILY IN COCKPIT, THEN LOOKED OUT TO SEE TUG PULLING AWAY FROM OUR DIRECTION (IT WAS TUG FROM OTHER PUSHBACK). BEGAN TO TAXI SLOWLY AND RAN UP ON TOW BAR. STOPPED ACFT. MECH RAN OUT TO GIVE STOP SIGNAL THEN WAS ABLE TO RETRIEVE TOW BAR FROM UNDER NOSEWHEEL. NO DAMAGE TO ACFT, BUT POPPED BOTH TIRES ON TOW BAR. NEED TO NOT ALLOW DISTRS INSIDE AIRPLANE TO KEEP FROM ENSURING TUG/EQUIP IS CLR AND TO CONFIRM RELEASE PRIOR TO TAXI. CONTRIBUTING FACTOR: UNABLE TO SEE TUG FROM COCKPIT ON THIS ACFT.
