Narrative:
Approximately 1 week ago, began a 'T' chord spike on the area just above the #2 engine rear mount. When feeling pressure supervisor xyz helped shoot rivets into the web stiffeners which ended up being the wrong side of the skin. Rather than rework the screw up, xyz told us to backdrill more holes in the new skin attach area. Next shift inspector rejected our work and card was written to replace top half of skin. Next shift installed 'left' member (improper) under the skin between skin and 'T' chord. This week I took wkend off and supervisor xyz wrote my name on the job card to sign off. No one accepted responsibility on the inspection card wrong install. Another shift, 4 hour overtime shift and nearly every one on the dock worked.
