Narrative:
Approximately 1 min after takeoff, 'a' system hydraulics depleted to zero. All appropriate abnormal procedures complied with successful. Flaps 15 degree landing accomplished to mem ILS runway 36L. Supplemental information from acn 414376: total loss of 'a' system hydraulic system. Manually lowered gear and flaps, declared emergency, landed without incident. Supplemental information from acn 414031: system 'a' hydraulic quantity went to zero. Complied with emergency and abnormal procedures. Dumped approximately 5000 pounds of fuel at 4000 ft MSL. Manual gear extension and alternate flap extension. Declared emergency. Landed on runway 36L at mem. Gear pinned and towed to ramp.
