Narrative:

On sep/xa/98 I was dispatched to xyy to work on aircraft xy (B737-300) to perform a follow-up due to history of hydraulic fluid loss. I complied with 2 steps and deferred 1 due to lack of tooling. I flew with the plane back to ZZZ. I then discovered 2 hydraulic leaks near the engine pylons and residue of hydraulic fluid in 3 other areas. I entered the discrepancies in the aircraft logbook.
