On aug/xa/98 I helped assist on a #4 main landing gear brake change. I've been informed that there may have been a brake indexing problem.

Title: A B727-200 WAS DISPATCHED WITH THE #4 BRAKE IMPROPERLY INSTALLED, BRAKE ASSEMBLY NOT INDEXED CORRECTLY ON THE BRAKE FLANGE.
