Narrative:
On the inbound leg, we wrote up a flight crew placardable item. We met the requirements of the MEL then departed, but failed to put the flight crew placard portion in the log. This oversight was pointed out to me by the outbound captain the next day.

Title: AN S80 FLC DOES NOT PLACE THE REQUIRED PLACARD IN THE ACFT'S LOGBOOK REGARDING A DEFERRED MEL ITEM. THE ACFT DEPARTED FLL AND THE ERROR IS NOT DISCOVERED UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING AT THE ARR ARPT.
Narrative: ON THE INBOUND LEG, WE WROTE UP A FLC PLACARDABLE ITEM. WE MET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE MEL THEN DEPARTED, BUT FAILED TO PUT THE FLC PLACARD PORTION IN THE LOG. THIS OVERSIGHT WAS POINTED OUT TO ME BY THE OUTBOUND CAPT THE NEXT DAY.
