Narrative:
My flight was stationary in a long line of aircraft taxiing to runway 14L via taxiway east and taxiway P. In front of me on taxiway east was an aircraft. He was abeam the hush house when he did a 180 degree turn that placed him nose-to-nose with me. I began flashing my lights to get him to stop and he did. This placed him off the taxiway centerline 1/2 way in the hush house, unable to move forward or backward. Another aircraft was behind me so I was unable to move. A tug was called to push the aircraft out of the hush house to clear the jam. My airplane was on the yellow taxiway east taxi line and stationary when he made the 180 degree turn. I believe if I had not turned my lights, including nose light, right wingtip light, and right ground flood lights, that a collision would have occurred.

Narrative: MY FLT WAS STATIONARY IN A LONG LINE OF ACFT TAXIING TO RWY 14L VIA TXWY E AND TXWY P. IN FRONT OF ME ON TXWY E WAS AN ACFT. HE WAS ABEAM THE HUSH HOUSE WHEN HE DID A 180 DEG TURN THAT PLACED HIM NOSE-TO-NOSE WITH ME. I BEGAN FLASHING MY LIGHTS TO GET HIM TO STOP AND HE DID. THIS PLACED HIM OFF THE TXWY CTRLINE 1/2 WAY IN THE HUSH HOUSE, UNABLE TO MOVE FORWARD OR BACKWARD. ANOTHER ACFT WAS BEHIND ME SO I WAS UNABLE TO MOVE. A TUG WAS CALLED TO PUSH THE ACFT OUT OF THE HUSH HOUSE TO CLR THE JAM. MY AIRPLANE WAS ON THE YELLOW TXWY E TAXI LINE AND STATIONARY WHEN HE MADE THE 180 DEG TURN. I BELIEVE IF I HAD NOT TURNED MY LIGHTS, INCLUDING NOSE LIGHT, R WINGTIP LIGHT, AND R GND FLOOD LIGHTS, THAT A COLLISION WOULD HAVE OCCURRED.
