Narrative:
Frequency/altitude: 128.27/approximately FL200. ATC facility: toronto center. Location: arthr intersection yyz 288 degree radial/41 NM. Turning on V320 in the vicinity of the arthr intersection center said we were south of arthr intersection. I was the PNF and my navigation display had the inbound to eck setup and it showed us on course. Center then turned us on a vector, then cleared us direct to eck. No further problems. Both the first officer's and my navigation displays showed us on course when we made our initial turn on V320. Supplemental information from acn 415689: when the captain's needle centered the 10 degree turn was made to establish course on the eck 079 degree radial. ATC issued a correction heading for traffic and told us we were off course.
