Narrative:
After normal runup and takeoff, aircraft lost power (in steps). With engine maintaining partial power, pilot was able to maintain control until over runway and turning to land on runway. Aircraft contacted runway with gear down, but right main and nose gear collapsed.

Title: PLT OF AN SMA HAS ENG PWR LOSS JUST AFTER TKOF. HE IS ABLE TO CIRCLE AND LAND ON RWY. GEAR COLLAPSED AFTER TOUCHDOWN.
Narrative: AFTER NORMAL RUNUP AND TKOF, ACFT LOST PWR (IN STEPS). WITH ENG MAINTAINING PARTIAL PWR, PLT WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN CTL UNTIL OVER RWY AND TURNING TO LAND ON RWY. ACFT CONTACTED RWY WITH GEAR DOWN, BUT R MAIN AND NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED.
