Narrative:
Captain informed me to get ready for an evacuate/evacuation. I told the rest of the crew. The captain later made the evacuate/evacuation and informed us through the PA. Because the brake on the left side was on fire, we used doors 1R, 2R, 3R, and 4R only. During the evacuate/evacuation, we had to take away carry-on's from the passenger. The problem was discovered by an indicator in the cockpit that the brake was overheating. The crew did a great job by initiating the evacuate/evacuation. This was considered an incident.
