Narrative:
Dades arrival to tpa changed. During arrival, crew failed to note new turn on arrival. Approach gave vector to downwind in lieu of turn. Crew should have noticed change in STAR. Also, synopsis of changes on stars, sids, etc would help prevent further incidents.

Title: FLC DID NOT MAKE A REQUIRED TURN IN THE PUBLISHED STAR ARR. APCH NOTICED AND ISSUED A VECTOR FOR THE DOWNWIND COURSE.
Narrative: DADES ARR TO TPA CHANGED. DURING ARR, CREW FAILED TO NOTE NEW TURN ON ARR. APCH GAVE VECTOR TO DOWNWIND IN LIEU OF TURN. CREW SHOULD HAVE NOTICED CHANGE IN STAR. ALSO, SYNOPSIS OF CHANGES ON STARS, SIDS, ETC WOULD HELP PREVENT FURTHER INCIDENTS.
