Narrative:
While repositioning the aircraft under power on a private ramp area, the pilot taxied the aircraft towards our shutdown area. As he started to make the final turn into position for shutdown, he states 'I have no brakes.' I turn and look between the 2 flight deck seats and observe: the aircraft heading for the corner of a hangar. The pilot pushing with force on the foot pedals with his feet to stop or turn the aircraft. When neither turning nor stopping could be accomplished, I braced myself. He put the throttle lever into cutoff. The aircraft then rolled into the hangar, causing damage to the left wing and nose baggage area. We both exited through the cabin door unharmed. The time from the first call of 'I have no brakes' to hangar impact is estimated by me at 2- 3 seconds. The ramp area was dry and is nearly level.

Title: CAPT OF A PVT EXECUTIVE JET HIT THE HANGAR DURING REPOSITIONING TAXI DUE TO THE COMPLETE LOSS OF THE MAIN BRAKES. HE ANNOUNCED TO THE RPTR THAT HE HAD NO BRAKES JUST PRIOR TO IMPACT WITH THE HANGAR. THE ACFT L WING AND NOSE BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT AREAS WERE DAMAGED.
