Narrative:

Aircraft X northbound needed descent into ptk. I had to keep at FL370 to clear wbound FL350 traffic. Clearing traffic, I descended aircraft X to FL330. Initial rate of descent and heading showed I would have lateral separation with wbound FL350 traffic. After issuing other clrncs, a re-evaluation showed I would not have lateral on both sides. I issued turns to both aircraft. Wbound aircraft at FL350 reported responding to TCASII alert. When traffic was clear, I issued headings to join on course. Winds report on center computer were reported to be out of northwest, we were out of south in this situation.
