Narrative:

After picking up ice, climbed from 16000 ft to FL190 to avoid more ice. Forgot to reset altimeter. Leveled out 400 ft or 500 ft above FL190 and was in turbulence. Controller offered block altitude. I accepted. Then controller asked if 29.92 was set. I saw it wasn't, set it, and descended to FL190 and maintained it. It was my first real encounter with ice. I let it rush me up without thinking it through. One needs to be more careful when rushed!
