Narrative:
Received taxi clearance: 1) taxi via taxiway K, taxiway H, hold short of taxiway F. 2) taxi via taxiway V2, runway 9, taxiway M to runway 3C. First officer said taxi taxiway V2, taxiway V. We failed to turn onto runway 9. 3) ground instructed taxi taxiway H2, taxiway H, hold short of taxiway H1. I missed that because it did not seem right and taxied via taxiway V holding short of taxiway H1. I wrote down clrncs, but was not sure of first clearance and failed to turn. Second clearance did not seem logical to get to runway 3C.

Title: B757 ON THE GND DTW, ON THE FIRST SET OF TAXI INSTRUCTIONS, MISSED A TURN. THE SECOND SET OF INSTRUCTIONS HE MISSED A TURN BECAUSE IT DID NOT SEEM LOGICAL.
Narrative: RECEIVED TAXI CLRNC: 1) TAXI VIA TXWY K, TXWY H, HOLD SHORT OF TXWY F. 2) TAXI VIA TXWY V2, RWY 9, TXWY M TO RWY 3C. FO SAID TAXI TXWY V2, TXWY V. WE FAILED TO TURN ONTO RWY 9. 3) GND INSTRUCTED TAXI TXWY H2, TXWY H, HOLD SHORT OF TXWY H1. I MISSED THAT BECAUSE IT DID NOT SEEM RIGHT AND TAXIED VIA TXWY V HOLDING SHORT OF TXWY H1.
