Narrative:
We were cleared for takeoff on runway 30L by tower at hou. Read back clearance and took off. After breaking ground, we saw a bonanza at about 80 ft, taking off runway 35 at hou, climbed and turned right to avoid conflict. Asked tower if he was cleared for takeoff. They said no, he was not. Tower was discussing it with him when we went to departure.
