Narrative:

I was the PF in the left seat. After departure the captain must have forgot to go to high pressure bleed air for pressurization. It is no big until descent. It is even on the after takeoff checklist, which he said was complete. Descending into cmh, when I pulled the power back, the cabin pressure began to run away on us. We went on oxygen, asked ATC for an immediate descent. After I told the captain to get out the checklist he realized he did not have the high pressure air on. After resolving the situation, the cabin was fine. We told ATC that we required no further assistance. I am writing this because the FAA has started inquiring to my company about this incident, which I had no control over. We took care and resolved the situation.
