Crew had been given clearance to cross 70 NM south of ott at FL270 far ahead of time and did not need to initiate descent for some time to make this restr. Pilot did not begin descent immediately and later was distraction by other duties and did not make restr. No conflict was observed and controller did not indicate any conflict. Pilot descended to FL270 immediately.

PLT DID NOT BEGIN DSCNT IMMEDIATELY AND LATER WAS DISTR BY OTHER DUTIES AND DID NOT MAKE RESTR. NO CONFLICT WAS OBSERVED AND CTLR DID NOT INDICATE ANY CONFLICT. PLT DSNDED TO FL270 IMMEDIATELY.
