Narrative:

After passing trinity VOR on the gilco 1 arrival, we were asked our speed, at which time we replied 330 KTS. ATC then advised that our speed should have been 250 KTS at mhf VOR. After looking at government arrival for the gilco 1, I had mistaken the 250 KT restr to apply at remah intersection instead of mhf VOR. See enclosed government copy. Government charts need more clarification on speed and altitude crossing restrs.

Narrative: AFTER PASSING TRINITY VOR ON THE GILCO 1 ARR, WE WERE ASKED OUR SPD, AT WHICH TIME WE REPLIED 330 KTS. ATC THEN ADVISED THAT OUR SPD SHOULD HAVE BEEN 250 KTS AT MHF VOR.
