Narrative:

Departing munich apron during winter WX operations, captain ran 1 engine at a time to better than 50% N1 per operations procedure to clear engines of possible ice congestion. On landing at united states airport, it was reported a van crossed behind us at that time. Apparently the van's window was blown out by the jet blast and a passenger was slightly injured. The engines were only run up for no more than 1 second each. We knew nothing of the incident until landing in the united states.
