Narrative:
Closed traffic touch-and-go short field over an imaginary 50 ft obstacle. The student's approach and control was well maintained to just at slight flare, and then wind gust/shift, shear caused the aircraft to drop hard. At point of wind shift/shear, aircraft was in landing position with full flaps. Student passed private flight test error free the following friday.
