Narrative:
I was relieved from rod-D position and told to staff mie-D. I was in the process of converting mie-D from user request evaluation tool to non user request evaluation tool when I noticed aircraft X sbound from fwa approach. The data block read 70-50. When aircraft X checked on frequency the radar controller turned him to a 120 degree heading.
