Narrative:
A passenger from flight xyz sat-dfw on dec/xa/98 deplaned during the boarding process. He notified the agents that he would return. The agents closed the door 5 mins early and left the passenger behind. The captain did not appear to be notified, and the passenger bags were on the aircraft. This appears to be a breach in security that concerns me. The agents' attitudes are a further concern. They were not in the least bit concerned about a possible security threat -- not to mention the poor customer service.
