Narrative:

Passenger smelled strongly of alcohol when he appeared in the aft galley area during boarding. He entered the aft l- hand lavatory. As he exited the lavatory, there was a visible cloud of cigarette smoke with him, as well as the unmistakable smell. I informed passenger it was a federal law he had broken by smoking on board and that he would be taken off the flight. I informed the captain and the agent. Passenger was removed from the aircraft.
