Narrative:
During cruise flight at FL330 near spa VOR, we were vectored off J85 for traffic. We were then cleared direct spa VOR then as filed. Out of habit I flew J85 north of spa, which is our usual routing from pbi to dtw. Some distance north of spa the so brought it to our attention that we should be navigating to ape via J83, not J85. From now on, I'll be more alert in checking the cleared routing.
