Narrative:
We were #3 waiting for takeoff at runway 16L at seatac airport, stopped on taxiway B. The #1 flight attendant came running up stating, 'a little girl has just gone in the forward lavatory.' we were stopped at the time with the brakes set. We remained stopped. The little girl came out, returned to her seat, fastened seat belt, and we resumed taxi. P.south. Flight attendant told us that the little girl 'just had to go,' but when told by flight attendant to hurry, she couldn't. We presume she did later.
