Narrative:
Upon arrival at ZZZ approximately at XA00 as we were delayed due to mechanicals in lax origin on dec/zy/98, air carrier chart flight for zyzyx united states of america. Flight attendant L2 position blew slide upon arrival at gate by accident. No slide was available to replace at ZZZ, so we continued to YYY with passenger with an inoperative slide. Flight attendant L2 was made to situation at door without slide. YYY no slide was available. They accepted new passenger for leg to XXX. 253 passenger, this was now dec/yb/98 approximately XB00. I contested this issue as our R3 doors indicator light was not functioning properly therefore 2 doors would be considered not usable as the R3 door was not checked. Mechanic for air carrier stated to block off seats and remove tape prior to arrival so FAA will not know. In addition, possible hydraulic leak over row 33 mid pink oil fluid was reported by myself, but no mechanic or cockpit crew checked situation. We left for XXX, arrived XG20.
